Junko’s Cigars respects the privacy of its customers. We do not share your address, credit card information or email with anyone else. All customer information is strictly used to process orders and for our promotional correspondence, to keep you informed in the most convenient, secure & efficient way possible. Junko’s Cigars protects all information by using a secure server. That means that your credit card number and address are encrypted so that it cannot be read as the information travels via the Internet. We have made it a priority to keep your information and shopping experience a safe one.


All orders shipped to Pennsylvania addresses will be charged a sales tax. Please note that if you are not charged sales tax by Junkos Cigars then any sales tax due in the purchaser’s state is responsible to be paid by the purchaser.


We accept Visa, MC, AMEX and Discover.


On your first order, the shipping address must match with the billing address. We do not ship to forwarding addresses on your first order. After your first order, the shipping and billing addresses do not need to match up. If you are unable to ship to the billing address, please contact us via email before attempting to order.

To maintain the freshness of your order until it reaches you, we include a complimentary Boveda Humidity pack with every shipment. However, please note that this does not guarantee your cigars will be immediately ready for smoking upon arrival. We recommend allowing a minimum of one week, ideally 10-14 days, for the cigars to acclimate in a stable environment before enjoying them. 

All merchandise leaves our facility in perfect condition. In the event that your package arrives damaged, please make sure you take pictures before unboxing and forward them to: info@junkoscigars.com along with your name and order number. The outer packaging must also be saved for us to provide to the shipping provider for verification, otherwise we cannot guarantee that the shipping provider will reimburse us for damages. We will reship all items as soon as the claim is completed with the shipping provider.
If your package is delayed in transit or if it’s been stolen, please reach out to USPS Customer Service as your initial point of contact. Their representatives utilize a more comprehensive tracking system and can provide you with the latest information regarding the whereabouts of your package. If you’re unable to find assistance through USPS, please don’t hesitate to email us at info@junkoscigars.com.
Due to state laws, we will not ship tobacco products to Utah or South Dakota. In accordance with Senate Bill 39, an adult signature is required for California residents. 


We process Visa, MC, AMEX and Discover credit cards. We utilize AVS (address verification service) on all orders received and verify both the billing address and zip code. If either the address or the zip code do not match, we will attempt to verify the correct address via email/or phone. If we do not receive a response in a timely fashion, we reserve the right to cancel the order without further notice as a protection for ourselves and credit card holders.


All tobacco purchases are final. Due to climate conditions, we can not refund any tobacco purchases. For other items, original packaging must be provided and the item must be in new condition. 15% restocking fee may apply.


This site is not directed to persons less than 21 years of age and no information should be submitted or posted at Junko’s Cigars online website by individuals less than 21 years of age. Sales of tobacco products to individuals under the legal minimum purchase age are illegal. Junko’s Cigars makes every attempt to restrict sales of tobacco to individuals of 21 years of age. Certain personal information, provided by you, is used to confirm the minimum age requirements. Such information is not retained in our database therefore not compromising privacy.
